- You have, for a period of 30 days, the right to exchange or return the ordered articles. Please use this fair service with sense.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive a Return & Exchange Form.
- Repack the item in its original packaging. The item must be unworn, unwashed, not modified or damaged, i.e. must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The products must be shipped back to us within 30 days after delivery. Print the Return Form, fill it in and insert the form into the package.
Please note that packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.
- When you notice that the package is not delivered within two weeks, please contact us!
Want to exchange your product for a different size? You have, for a period of 30 days, the right to exchange the ordered articles. Please fill in all the information on the Return/Exchange Form. When you select the pair you would like to receive instead, it is recommended to check the website if that product is still available. Please note that the return costs remain at your expenses. Nevertheless, we will pay for the shipping costs of your new product! We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once we receive your exchange product, we will send you an email with the status of your exchange and the shipping information of the requested new order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Want to return your product and receive a refund? You have, for a period of 30 days, the right to return the ordered articles. Please fill in all the information on the Return/Exchange Form. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When sending back a product, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, not modified or damaged and repacked in its original packaging
- The products must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you have received a wrong or a defect product, please contact us before returning the product.
Returns and exchanges are only valid for purchases made through our official online shop.
We will not process returns on items purchased from other retailers or third-party websites. If a customer has purchased a Keppninni product through a retailer or third-party website, it is the retailer’s responsibility to handle the exchange or return.
Only regular priced products of Keppninni can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges and refunds are not possible after 30 days receiving your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund, if the returned item is damaged in any way, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund of the purchase amount. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing Refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after 10 days you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card company first to ensure the delay is not on their part. If you’ve still have not received your refund yet despite these attempts, please contact us.
Keppninni products are shipped worldwide. However shipment costs may vary depending on which country your package must be shipped to. We differentiate three price rates for the following zones:
- Shipments within the Netherlands: €5,-
- European shipments: €10,-
International shipments: €15,-
